Which subscription options are available and how much do I pay?

There are three subscription options that you can choose from. The standard subscription fees for London Art Studies are as follows: our Discovery Pass allows members access to 3 videos within a 24 hour period for £5.00; our Monthly Pass provides subscribers with unlimited access to our videos for a recurring monthly fee of £8.99; our Annual Pass provides subscribers with unlimited access to our videos for a recurring annual fee of £88.00. Some promotions offer a special introductory price. The terms of our introductory offers are stated in the promotional materials. At the end of any introductory offer period, the standard subscription prices set out above will apply.

How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our Monthly Pass and Annual Pass are naturally recurring. For information about other payment methods, please email us at [email protected].

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, Annual and Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on the relevant basis, unless we hear from you otherwise. Please go to the “my account” section of the website to check your renewal date. Should you not wish to renew your subscription, please email [email protected] at least 14 days in advance of your renewal date.

As a subscriber, do I get any additional benefits?

Our Monthly and Annual subscribers receive additional benefits to their unlimited access to our video content. Monthly and Annual subscribers will both receive worldwide arts updates via our newsletters and a 30% discount on Phaidon books (excluding children’s and Collector’s Editions). In addition, our Annual subscribers will also receive exclusive recommended reading lists. Occasionally we will also have a select number of videos exclusively available to our Annual subscribers.

What devices can I use my subscription from?

You can stream London Art Studies from any Internet-connected device. Supported devices include: laptops, smart TVs, game consoles, tablets, and mobile phones.

I want to give a London Art Studies subscription as a gift. How do I do that?

Treat someone you love and give London Art Studies as a gift.

We currently offer gift cards for our annual pass which costs £88. Gift cards are sent electronically either to your email to pass on, or direct to the recipient at a date and time of your choosing.

If you would like us to send one of our beautifully packaged cards, there is an additional charge of £5 for postage in the U.K and £10 for any other overseas country. Please allow 5 days for processing and delivery - if you need it quicker, drop us a line at [email protected] and we will try our best to help.

I have been given an LAS subscription as a gift - how do I activate it?

To activate your membership please visit our sign-up page and create your profile

When you reach the payment page please use the Gift Voucher code which was included in your gift email.

You will need to enter your credit/debit card details in order to process the transaction but no payment will be taken.

My friends want to use my London Art Studies account, can I share my password with them?

Your password protects your user account and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure. The only person that should know your password is you. If you are on our Monthly or Annual plan, we allow a maximum of two videos to be streamed (via two different devices) at the same time using the same account. We reserve the right to cancel any subscriptions immediately if passwords have been shared. If you refer a friend to London Art Studies, and they sign up for an annual pass, you will receive one month free on your own subscription.

I am a teacher and would like to use London Art Studies as an educational resource, is this allowed?

We can offer group rates on fees for institutions such as schools and colleges. Please contact the office via [email protected] for further information on our discounted institutional rates.

How do I notify you of a change of address, etc.?

Updating your address and password can be done by visiting the 'My Account' section of the website. Once you have logged in, choose the 'Edit Details' link.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click onto the "Login/Signup" section of the website. Below the login area is a 'Forgot Password' link. Click this and you will be asked to enter the email address with which you registered. Once you click on 'Request Password Reset', an email will be sent to you with further instruction.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription please email: [email protected] giving at least 7 days notice. Please note that it may take us up to 7 days to process your cancellation and any payment due to come out of your account during this period may be charged.
