What makes a great artwork? What makes a painting popular or a sculpture powerful? In this series, our lecturers consider the legacy and enduring appeal of some of the world’s best known and most reproduced works.
Join Linda Smith in this series which looks at works of art which were considered outrageous when they were first displayed - and some of them still are! Artists in this series include Tracey Emin, Jeff Koons, Marcel Duchamp and of course, the King of Surrealism, Salvador Dalí.
